Hostaria Moderna is born from a memory.
Not many know that this is not our first experience in the restaurant business. “Hostaria Ai Due Gioghi” in Tortona was the first venture managed by the owners, a success at the time and a page of beautiful memories in our minds. We still keep newspaper articles and important guides, photographs, and stories of individuals, collaborators, and unforgettable evenings. And as history tends to repeat itself, here we are today, full of dreams, enthusiasm, and hopes, with Hostaria in a Modern key.
In all rooms, there is a menu that includes a wide selection of seasonal dishes and an extensive wine list from the most deserving wineries. The delicacies on our menu come at a reasonable cost.
The dining service offers the opportunity to choose from a rich assortment of traditional Italian dishes. Lunch or dinner can be served either in the modern dining room (for à la carte meals served in the dining room, there is a cover charge of €2 per person), under the careful supervision of our staff, or directly in the privacy of your room, with an extra cost for room service of €2.50 per person.

The “Business” Menu
Available every day of the week, with different dishes each day, providing a consistently renewed selection for a pleasant and varied choice, even for weekly stays. It includes a choice of 3 first courses, 3 main courses, 3 side dishes, ¼ of White or Red Wine, and Coffee.

The À la Carte Menu
A wide selection of Appetizers, First and Second Courses, Side Dishes, and desserts that you can enjoy in the Hotel’s Dining Room or comfortably in your rooms, with an extra cost for room service of €2.50 per person.
Breakfast:
By having breakfast in your room, you’ll have one more reason to stay in bed all day… give us the chance to prepare something healthy and light for you. A perfect day starts with good coffee, freshly baked croissants, yogurt, orange juice, butter, jam, or honey, etc. So, the most natural thing is to let yourself be pampered.
Breakfast can also be served in the recently inaugurated breakfast room from 06:00 to 10:00. Room service is available from 07:00 to 10:00.
