How many people can stay in a room?

Our double rooms are intended to be occupied by one or two people at a time. In the case of 3 or 4 guests, the reception staff will kindly ask you to rent another room.

Do both people need to provide documents, or is one enough?

We do not accept individuals without a valid ID. Accepted documents include: ID card, passport, driver’s license, firearms license, ministry card.

Is it necessary to make a reservation?

For standard rooms, no reservation is required. Regarding themed suites, booking is recommended to get as close as possible to your preferences. If a reservation is not made, a suite will be assigned based on availability.

Is a deposit required to make a reservation?

No, it is not necessary to pay a deposit.

Where do you park? Do all rooms have private parking?

All our rooms have private parking, which can be closed with an automatic curtain so that your car is not visible.

How is a room cleaned?

Room cleaning is carried out with professional products, disinfectants, and fragrance-free, hypoallergenic detergents, in accordance with current legislation. We apply a management and reconditioning system for textile products treated with biocontamination control and microbiological quality assurance according to UNI EN 14065:2004. All beds and pillows in our Motel/Hotel have special anti-dust mite, antibacterial, antifungal, and antistatic protection, all to ensure the highest level of hygiene and the utmost respect for the health of our customers.

How much does the restaurant cost?

In all rooms, there is a menu that includes a wide choice of seasonal dishes and an extensive wine list from the most deserving wineries. The delights offered in our menu have a reasonable cost. At the time of billing, the service cost will only be the sum of the costs of the dishes ordered, plus the cost of the cover per person.

How much does the bar cost?

At check-out, you will be asked if you have consumed from the minibar; the cost of the room will be added to everything you have consumed. In any case, inside the room, there is a list that concerns everything in the minibar and the related costs.

Is there a charge for using the whirlpool and tub?

The use of the whirlpool tub is included in the cost of the suites and has no time limit.

What accessories will I find in the room?

All rooms are equipped with a minibar, large LCD TV, a line of courtesy products, slippers, centralized air conditioning, soundproofing, free adult movies, and internet connection.

If I pay with a credit card, what will appear on the statement I receive at home?

We accept all types of credit cards and debit cards.
If you want to pay by credit card or debit card, the statement will show that the expense was made at Hotel Motel 2.

Do you provide a regular invoice for companies?

Upon request, we issue invoices for companies. If the invoice is not requested before the account is closed, we will issue a tax receipt.

Can I pay in cash?

We accept payment in cash, credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers in advance, etc.
