The tubs are equipped to perform hydrotherapy treatments for physical and mental health and well-being. The therapeutic use of water is based on three principles: heat, body buoyancy, and water pressure. The warm water in whirlpool tubs, by raising body temperature, reduces muscle tension, decreases pressure on nerves, dilates blood vessels, speeding up circulation, and stimulates the production and release of endorphins. Body buoyancy, counteracting gravity, relieves tension on the spine, muscles, joints, ligaments, and joints.
